Terms of Service
Deposit
All bookings require 30% deposit of total fee and signed contract to secure booking.
Travel
Events more than 20 miles away from 35064 will incur a small travel fee calculated at $0.47 per mile. this fee goes directly to the staff to cover time and expenses.
Destination Events
Travel time, hotel, airfare/transportation & daily meal allowance may be applicable.
Parking
Expenses exceeding $5 are to be reimbursed by the client.
Merchant Fee
For payments processed via credit card, a 3.5% processing fee is added to the total.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the staff rates. our clients usually add gratuity to the invoice or tip staff at the end of the event for a job well done.
Equipment
All hired bartenders come with their own bartending kit which includes cocktail shakers, stirring spoons, wine, keys and measuring jiggers.
